ESSENT HOME warrants that all products supplied by us to our business customers are free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. If a confirmed manufacturing defect is found, we will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, replace the merchandise, or issue a credit to the original buyer, for a period of 90 days from the invoice / shipment date, subject to the conditions below.
If you discover a possible manufacturing defect, please notify your sales representative) promptly and provide:
-Purchase order / invoice or delivery note
-Product code, quantity and description of the issue
-Clear digital photos or videos showing the defect
We may request additional information or arrange an inspection by our staff or appointed representative to verify that a manufacturing defect exists.
If replacement is approved under this Warranty and the original product or material has been discontinued or is unavailable, we reserves the right to:
-supply a similar or functionally equivalent product, or offer a credit for the warranted merchandise to the original buyer.
This Warranty applies to B2B customers only and does not replace or define any warranty or return policy that you choose to offer to your end consumers.
