What kind of products do you supply?
We mainly supply bedside tables, TV stands, sideboards, cabinets, dressers, console tables, dining furniture and storage units, plus selected bathroom and study items. Most products are flat-pack / KD and designed for e-commerce and retail display.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For most standard items, we do not set a strict MOQ.You can mix different SKUs in one container、start with small trial orders for new items or new markets.Details can be adjusted case by case according to packing and loading.

Can I mix different products in one container?
Yes. We support mixed containers with multiple SKUs in one 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ, which is convenient for cross-border e-commerce sellers and furniture retailers who need a broader assortment.

How long is your lead time?
It depends on whether the item is in stock or customized:Stock / running items usually ship within about 7 days after payment and confirmation.OEM/ODM new items: about 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order quantity and design complexity.Your sales contact will confirm the exact schedule for each order.

Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
Yes. We offer both OEM (your branding on our designs) and ODM (develop new designs together):Custom sizes, colors, finishes and hardware;custom packaging, labels, barcodes and manuals;support from drawing → sample → mass production.You can send us your mood boards, reference links or drawings, and we will discuss the best solution with you.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome:We can provide single-sample or small set samples for quality and structure checking;sample cost and freight policy can be discussed with your sales manager (in some cases sample cost can be refunded or deducted after bulk order).

What certifications do you have?
Our factory can provide FSC and BSCI related support for qualified lines.If you need specific certifications or test reports for a project, please tell us your target market and required standards, and we will confirm what we can provide.

How do you control quality?
We have a strict QC process covering:Incoming material inspection;in-process checks for cutting, drilling, edging, painting/laminating;final inspection on structure, function, surface and packing;random carton drop tests or loading tests (according to project requirements);Photos, videos or inspection reports can be shared for key orders if needed.

What are your payment terms?
We normally work with T/T bank transfer for international orders.Standard B2B terms (such as deposit + balance before shipment) can be discussed and confirmed in the PI according to order amount and cooperation status.

Which trade terms do you offer?
We typically offer:FOB (nearest Chinese port);EXW (factory);CIF / CFR for some destinations.If you need DDP/DAP or delivery to a specific overseas warehouse, please share your address and we will check options with our logistics partners.

Do you provide warranty?
Yes. We offer a Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for our B2B customers.For approved cases, we may provide replacement parts, replacement units or commercial credit. You can refer to our Warranty page for full details or contact our team directly.

What should I do if there is a quality or shipping issue?
Please contact your sales / after-sales representative as soon as possible and provide:Order / invoice number;item codes and affected quantities;clear photos or videos of the problem;carton labels and any batch information.We will analyze the case and offer a practical solution (parts, replacement, or credit) according to our warranty and after-sales policy.
